Terms of Service

By purchasing from MARKETACCS, you agree to the following terms.

1. Guarantee

• All accounts are guaranteed valid for 48 hours after delivery.
• If an account is invalid due to our fault (blocked, deleted, or incorrect login credentials) within that window, we will replace it.
• After 48 hours, or after you have logged in and modified the account, the guarantee no longer applies.

2. Account Usage

To protect the accounts you purchase, you must:

• Use a dedicated, private proxy or clean IP per account — avoid shared/public proxies, VPNs, or logging into multiple accounts from the same device.
• Change the password and secure the account immediately after purchase.

We are not responsible for accounts lost or blocked due to improper usage after delivery.

3. Responsibility

Once an account is delivered and access is confirmed, responsibility for that account transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for how the account is used afterward, and buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with the relevant platform's own Terms of Service and applicable law.

4. Delivery

All orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if a purchased account is invalid due to our fault and cannot be replaced.
• No refunds are issued for accounts that were valid at delivery but later lost due to buyer misuse (see Section 2).
• Approved refunds are paid via the original payment method (bank transfer or crypto) within 1–2 weeks.

6. Payment

We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, XRP, and more).

7. Support

Support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp and Telegram for any order-related questions.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
