Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase. Here's how refunds work for accounts bought through MARKETACCS.

1. Guarantee Window

All accounts are guaranteed valid for 48 hours after delivery. If an account is invalid due to our fault (blocked, deleted, or incorrect login credentials) within that window, we will replace it at no cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if a purchased account is invalid due to our fault and cannot be replaced. Once you've confirmed access and the account is working as described, the sale is final.

3. What Voids Eligibility

Refunds and replacements are not available if the account was valid at delivery but was later lost, blocked, or restricted due to improper use after handover — including logging in from unprotected IPs, shared devices, or VPNs. See our Terms of Service for account usage guidelines.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks, paid via your original payment method (bank transfer or crypto).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Custom-sourced accounts requested and delivered exactly as specified are non-refundable once access is confirmed by the buyer.
